The 2022 edition of the Air Jordan 2 Retro ‘Chicago’ brings back the legacy silhouette in its original 1986 form. A radical design departure from its predecessor, the sneaker discards Nike Swoosh branding while introducing the Jordan ‘Wings’ logo atop the tongue. Black laces secure a white leather upper appointed with sleek lines, perforated detailing, and a faux lizard skin overlay inspired by luxury footwear. A crimson heel counter provides a contrasting pop of colour, while a Nike wordmark decorates the rear collar. Traditional cupsole tooling is replaced by a black polyurethane midsole with encapsulated Air-sole cushioning.
